Registration will be manually approved during business hours from 10:00AM – 7:00PM. Registrants MUST provide full address, phone number, Photo ID and a selfie holding up photo ID. Orders will not be processed if account information is missing!

Yes, it is a standard procedure for most businesses on weedmaps that you send an ID with a selfie. This is for us to verify your age and the person receiving the package. Your info will not be shared.

Yes, our services are strictly for our members.

No, your information will not be shared.

Unfortunately health cards are not accepted as an government issue identification from us. We would require a driver license, passport and or photo card.

Orders


We will send you an email with an ETA when the driver is en route to you. We will email you again when the driver is close with a 5 minutes heads up!

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, please notify our team right away if your order was incorrect or missing an item.

We will correct your order and deliver it for the next available time slot.

Yes of course! Just email us your invoice number and we’ll gladly cancel and or make any additional changes for you.

Unfortunately, all points, coupons and on-going promotions cannot be combined.

Mississauga & other areas between 12 and 2 PM
Brampton & other areas between 2 and 4 PM

Caledon & Other Areas By Request: $20.00

Yes, you may request a specific time range in the notes system, but not an exact time. Our couriers optimize their routes to maximize efficiency.

If an alternate time slot is needed outside our regular hours of 12 to 4 PM, please contact us by email and we can try our best to arrange it for you.

The courier does not always have change needed. Please request if you require change.

Drivers are instructed not to wait for longer than 5 minutes. Please be sure to be available once the ETA is sent to you. Will we NOT wait. If you miss your delivery, you will be scheduled at the bottom of the priority list for the day.

Returns & Exchanges


All sales are final. We can exchange your product with another item given that the difference and delivery fee is paid in the case that there is a product defect.

Your exchange order will be delivered for our next available time slot.
